When undertaking green build programs for aircraft interiors we start by striving to understand our customers overall design brief. Once understand we can then work through the styling and engineering design where we can impart our experience on issues such as feasibility & functionality requirements along with the choice of veneers, solid woods and hard surface requirements. At this time the practicalities of the proposed requirements are reviewed to ascertain if the design will in fact work within the chosen airframe form the physical, engineering, space and safety points of view whilst at the same time leaving the customers overall design unchanged.

It is with great pride we return a completed aircraft interior to the customer and take great satisfaction from giving an old aircraft interior which has seen several years of hard service transformed into a modern aesthetically pleasing facility giving the customer a relaxing mode of travel and working environment.

Our challenge is to achieve a 'fresh from the factory' look and this is the mission we take pride in achieving. Many of the airframes we are asked to work upon are extremely old and therefore require serious attention to detail. At this time decisions need to be made as to what is in fact economical to restore and what new build will be required.

Aircraft of a certain age and manufactured long before today's modern build, material and certification standards give raise the obvious question of what is the most economical way to achieve the customers requirements, this very often raises some difficult questions for the customer, however we are here to help will advise to the best of our ability the most cost effective ways to achieve a satisfactory conclusion which meets current legislation and/or requirements.
